Rebecca Heaslip is a successful management consultant, coach, speaker and author, and founder of Leadership Insight Inc. Rebecca has been in business for more than 15 years, helping organizations to transform talent into performance and managers into leaders.
Prior to establishing her company, Rebecca held positions in sales and marketing in mining, pulp and paper and consumer product industries. Her broad-based business experience, acumen and customer-focused attitude enable her to achieve consistent results for her clients. Rebecca is a trusted advisor to leaders in small and mid-sized organizations in the private and public sectors. Her expertise is helping companies to: 1) identify and develop leadership capability; 2) enhance employee engagement and performance and; 3) implement strategies to strategically grow their people and the organization. Rebecca also offers equity investors assessment of leadership teams as part of due diligence; and post-sale integration coaching support for leaders.
Rebecca is a Certified Executive Coach, holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and a Certificate in Instructing Adults. She is certified to deliver many leading-edge validated assessments to assess leadership competencies and bench strength; identify high potential talent; and evaluate performance needs and gaps to support all aspects of talent management. Rebecca is the author of a handbook of best practices for implementing 360 degree surveys called “How to Launch Stress-free 360 Surveys” available on Amazon kindle; and creator of a two day course, ‘the Confident Coach™ to train managers how to engage and motivate staff.
Rebecca is skilled at helping people clarify their purpose, and take focused action to achieve results in both their professional and personal roles. She provides support and guidance to help people identify and capitalize on opportunities and leverage their skills, knowledge and talents to achieve their full potential.
Rebecca is a member of the Human Resource Professionals Association; Strategic Capability Network; Women’s Executive Network; International Coaching Federation-Toronto Chapter; Canadian Community of Corporate Educators and TTI Chairman’s Club. Rebecca is also an Associate Trainer/Facilitator with Mohawk College Enterprises, Corporate Training division.
Rebecca is available to speak on a variety of topics related to Leadership, Talent Management, Emotional Intelligence and Coaching Cultures. Rebecca is an active volunteer in the Oakville community – as a past member of Cabinet with the United Way of Oakville for several years, and presently as a volunteer with the Oakville Hospital Foundation Golf Tournament Committee.
