This comprehensive program consists of three phases:

  1. Assessment: Self-assessment to understand each participant’s coaching and communication style, strengths and areas for improvement; a generic profile of the ideal traits of a manager/coach in your organization
  2. Two-day coaching skills workshop designed to:
    • Build strengths in three coaching capacities; Building the Relationship, Engaging through Communication, and Facilitating Behaviour Change.
    • Build an appreciation and understanding of a disciplined approach to coaching for performance and development.
    • Coach managers on how to engage employees with diverse interests, goals, and values.
  3. One-on-one coaching sessions with experienced coaches, post workshop, to ensure the transfer of learning to the workplace. This can be supplemented with e-learning tools, online action plans, and goal-setting programs

OPTIONAL – To assess your managers’ coaching capability and success in utilizing the processes and skills delivered in the program, Leadership Insight will create and administer a 360-degree feedback survey to all participants prior to training and four to six months following the training workshop.
