Rebecca Heaslip

President and Founder

Rebecca Heaslip is an Executive Coach, Organizational Consultant and President of Leadership Insight™, a talent management consulting/coaching practice that she established over 10 years ago.

Prior to launching her company, Rebecca held various positions in sales, marketing and sales management in consumer product, resource and service industries. Rebecca’s 25 years of broad-based business experience, consultative skills, natural abilities and insight are highly valued by her clients - medium to large-sized organizations, small entrepreneurial companies and individual coaching clients.

Her passion is helping others to achieve their goals - her success is measured by the results she generates for her clients.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and a Certificate in Instructing Adults. She is a Certified Coach through Co-Pilot Coaching, and is also certified to administer a broad range of leading-edge psychometric assessments that are used to identify, select and develop talent at all levels in an organization.

She’s also an engaging workshop facilitator and public speaker on topics related to leadership, talent management, and coaching.
